I started GSP because I kept watching good kids miss their shot. Not from lack of talent, but because nobody showed them the pathway. Every family starts with a call with me, and then I put the right coach around your player.
My background is in the game itself. I came up through the Vancouver Whitecaps Residency and played for the Chicago Fire Reserves and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, with trials in Germany along the way. I helped coach at the Chicago Fire while I was on the Reserves, and coached at the Riverhounds too. Back home in Iowa, I founded HD Soccer Training, a private program where I helped players earn college spots and academy trials, and I coach in the club game at CRSA Soccer Club. GSP is where all of that comes together.

Yes, through a parent-managed account. The parent creates and owns the account, all communication and billing runs through the parent, and the player exists as a profile under it. We collect only the minimum needed to coach well.
A link is all it takes: YouTube, Veo, Hudl, or similar. Full-game footage tells us the most, but a well-cut highlight reel is a fine starting point for an evaluation. No professional filming required; phone footage from the sideline works.
