Do you work with players outside the US?
Yes. International players are a core part of GSP. Evaluations and mentorship work anywhere film can be shared, and the College Pathway program is built for players around the world who want to play college soccer in the United States, including guidance on eligibility and the recruiting timeline.
My player is under 13. Can they join?
Yes, through a parent-managed account. The parent creates and owns the account, all communication and billing runs through the parent, and the player exists as a profile under it. We collect only the minimum needed to coach well.
What film do you need?
A link is all it takes: YouTube, Veo, Hudl, or similar. Full-game footage tells us the most, but a well-cut highlight reel is a fine starting point for an evaluation. No professional filming required; phone footage from the sideline works.
Do you guarantee a college placement?
No. And you should be suspicious of anyone who does. Players earn their pathway. What we promise is honest evaluation, real work, and a plan matched to the level your player can actually reach. That's why every program starts with a free intro call: we'd rather tell you the truth than take your money.
What does it cost?
Reach out through the form or email and I'll send you full program details and pricing the same day, usually within a few hours. No call required first, no pressure, and no hidden fees. I'd rather you have everything in writing and decide on your own time.
What's your refund policy?
Simple and work-based. An evaluation is refundable until I start watching film, and final once delivered. Mentorship months are earned as they happen. Everything is in writing in a plain-English client agreement before any money moves, so there are no surprises on either side.
When should we start?
Earlier than you think. Evaluation and mentorship work at any age, and the College Pathway can start as early as freshman year of high school. The most expensive mistake in youth soccer is waiting until senior year to find out where a player really stands. Reach out and I'll tell you honestly what the right starting point is for your player.
