1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Global Soccer Pathways platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Global Soccer Pathways LLC ("GSP," "we," "us," or "our").

2 Description of Service

Global Soccer Pathways provides an online platform offering the following services to student-athletes, families, and coaches:

College Placement Assistance: Matching tools to connect players with college soccer programs based on academic and athletic profiles
Mentorship Coordination: Connection and communication tools to facilitate mentorship between players and qualified coaches or mentors
Video Evaluation: Professional video analysis and feedback on player performance
Player Development Tools: Skill tracking, training plans, performance challenges, fitness programs, and development journaling

GSP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

3 Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

Users Under 13: May not register or use the Platform without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, obtained prior to any data collection. GSP will take reasonable steps to verify consent as required by applicable law (including COPPA).
Users Ages 13–17: May register for the Platform with parental notification. By registering a minor user, the parent or guardian acknowledges these Terms and accepts responsibility for ensuring the minor's compliant use of the Platform.
Adult Users (18+): May register and use the Platform independently.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated
Notify GSP immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Not share your account credentials with any third party
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

GSP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Platform
Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any content, design, or functionality of the Platform
Scraping, crawling, or otherwise systematically extracting data from the Platform
Reselling or sublicensing access to the Platform or its content to any third party
Creating derivative works based on the Platform, its content, or proprietary methodologies
Using the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or any unauthorized or harmful content
Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any organization
Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any access controls, payment gates, or security features

6 Intellectual Property

All content, code, training frameworks, evaluation methodologies, scout reporting systems, platform design, and proprietary business systems are the exclusive intellectual property of Global Soccer Pathways LLC, protected under 17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq. and applicable international copyright treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse engineering, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

GSP's name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Global Soccer Pathways LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use GSP's trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (such as player videos or profile information), but by submitting such content you grant GSP a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

7 Confidentiality

By using the Platform, you may gain access to non-public information about GSP's methods, systems, proprietary evaluation frameworks, training programs, and business operations. You agree to treat all such information as strictly confidential and:

Not to disclose proprietary platform features, methodologies, or business systems to any third party
Not to use such information for any purpose other than your personal use of the Platform
To promptly notify GSP if you become aware of any unauthorized disclosure of such information

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of your account or these Terms.

8 No Guarantee of Results

The Platform provides tools, information, and professional guidance to support your college soccer recruiting journey. GSP makes no guarantee of college placement, scholarship awards, or any specific recruiting outcomes.

Results depend on many factors outside of GSP's control, including player athletic and academic performance, coach preferences, roster availability, and institutional decisions. The Platform is a support tool, not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

9 NCAA / NAIA Disclaimer

NCAA/NAIA Compliance Notice: Global Soccer Pathways is an independent recruiting assistance platform. Use of this platform does not guarantee NCAA, NAIA, or NJCAA eligibility or compliance. Athletes and families are solely responsible for ensuring all recruiting activities comply with applicable governing body rules. GSP is not affiliated with the NCAA, NAIA, or any college athletic association.

We strongly encourage all athletes and families to review the current eligibility and recruiting rules of the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA directly, as these rules may change and may affect permissible recruiting contact and activities.

10 Payment and Refunds

Certain features of the Platform are available through paid subscriptions or one-time fees. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. GSP does not store payment card information.
Refund Policy: All fees paid to GSP are non-refundable, except at the sole discretion of Global Soccer Pathways LLC on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund consideration, contact drew@globalsoccerpathways.com.

11 Termination

GSP may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
Non-payment of applicable fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at drew@globalsoccerpathways.com. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14) shall survive.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GSP's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to GSP in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall GSP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if GSP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Soccer Pathways LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
Any content you submit to the Platform
Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
