1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Global Soccer Pathways platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Global Soccer Pathways LLC ("GSP," "we," "us," or "our").

2 Description of Service

Global Soccer Pathways provides personal soccer development and college recruiting guidance to players and their families, delivered online. Our current programs are:

• College Pathway: Personal college soccer recruiting guidance for players in 8th grade and above, including the first 12 months of 1-on-1 Mentorship, target-school planning, recruiting profile and film guidance, coach outreach support and help with decisions, continuing until the player signs with a college.
• 1-on-1 Mentorship: A one-year program: 12 game breakdowns over the year (up to 3 in any calendar month, each using up to 3 games), 2 quick clip reviews a month, a written development plan, progress videos after the fall and spring seasons and an off-season plan, with up to 2 breakdowns usable on training footage. Additional breakdowns are available for a separate fee.
• Video & Written Evaluation: A one-time video breakdown and written evaluation with development priorities.
• GSP Film Room: A private online area where enrolled families upload game film and view their feedback.

The website also lets you send an inquiry, refer a player and book a free intro call. GSP may update, add or discontinue programs with reasonable notice to enrolled families.

3 Eligibility

Our programs serve players of all ages, with these requirements:

• Players under 18: A parent or legal guardian must complete inquiries, enrollment and payment, and is responsible for the family's use of GSP services. We communicate with the parent or guardian about a minor's program.
• Players under 13: We do not collect personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, as required by law (including COPPA).
• Adult players (18+): May inquire and enroll on their own behalf.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated
• Notify GSP immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Not share your account credentials with any third party
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

GSP is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

5 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Platform
• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any content, design, or functionality of the Platform
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise systematically extracting data from the Platform
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the Platform or its content to any third party
• Creating derivative works based on the Platform, its content, or proprietary methodologies
• Using the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or any unauthorized or harmful content
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any organization
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any access controls, payment gates, or security features

6 Intellectual Property

GSP's name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Global Soccer Pathways LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use GSP's trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (such as player videos or profile information), but by submitting such content you grant GSP a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

7 Confidentiality

By using the Platform, you may gain access to non-public information about GSP's methods, systems, proprietary evaluation frameworks, training programs, and business operations. You agree to treat all such information as strictly confidential and:

• Not to disclose proprietary platform features, methodologies, or business systems to any third party
• Not to use such information for any purpose other than your personal use of the Platform
• To promptly notify GSP if you become aware of any unauthorized disclosure of such information

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of your account or these Terms.

8 No Guarantee of Results

Results depend on many factors outside of GSP's control, including player athletic and academic performance, coach preferences, roster availability, and institutional decisions. The Platform is a support tool, not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

9 NCAA / NAIA Disclaimer

We strongly encourage all athletes and families to review the current eligibility and recruiting rules of the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA directly, as these rules may change and may affect permissible recruiting contact and activities.

10 Programs, Enrollment and Payment

Sending an inquiry, making a referral, booking an intro call or creating a Film Room sign-in does not purchase a program or commit you to anything.

• Written terms before payment: Before you pay, you receive in writing the program scope, price, payment schedule, delivery expectations and cancellation and refund terms. No charge, including any recurring charge, starts without your agreement.
• Payment: Payments are made through a private enrollment link and processed by Stripe. GSP never collects card details through forms, email or phone.
• College Pathway: One program fee, paid in full or through a three-payment monthly plan (the plan total is slightly higher than the pay-in-full price and is stated in the enrollment email). Missed plan payments pause the program until resolved. Recruiting support continues until the player signs with a college; there is no fixed end date. Mentorship work is included for the first 12 months and may be renewed yearly at the rate stated in your written terms. The deposit is non-refundable once work starts.
• Mentorship: One yearly fee, paid in full or through a three-payment monthly plan (the plan total is slightly higher than the pay-in-full price and is stated in the enrollment email). Missed plan payments pause the program until resolved. Refundable until the first breakdown starts; after that the program fee is earned. Breakdowns not used within the program year do not carry over unless agreed in writing.
• Video & Written Evaluation: One-time fee. Refundable until the film review starts. Delivered within 5 to 7 business days after payment and usable film, with the player clearly identified, are received.
• Evaluation credit: If you enroll in Mentorship within 30 days of paying for a Video & Written Evaluation, the full evaluation fee is credited toward Mentorship. The credit is applied before payment and is stated in your enrollment email.

11 Termination

GSP may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• Non-payment of applicable fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at drewgspsoccer@gmail.com. For a paid engagement, the agreed service and cancellation terms apply, subject to applicable law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14) shall survive.

12 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GSP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if GSP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Soccer Pathways LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you submit to the Platform
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party

14 Governing Law

Global Soccer Pathways LLC is based in Iowa. These Terms are governed by Iowa law, subject to applicable federal law. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot be waived by agreement.
