1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Global Soccer Pathways platform, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Global Soccer Pathways LLC ("GSP," "we," "us," or "our").

2 Description of Service

Global Soccer Pathways provides an online platform offering the following services to student-athletes, families, and coaches:

• College Placement Assistance: Personal guidance from Drew on college programs, plus a searchable directory you can browse yourself. We do not rank, score or automatically match players to programs
• Mentorship Coordination: Connection and communication tools to facilitate mentorship between players and qualified coaches or mentors
• Video Evaluation: Professional video analysis and feedback on player performance
• Player Development Tools: Skill tracking, training plans, performance challenges, fitness programs, and development journaling

GSP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.

3 Eligibility

Use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Users Under 13: May not register or use the Platform without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, obtained prior to any data collection. GSP will take reasonable steps to verify consent as required by applicable law (including COPPA).
• Users Ages 13–17: May register for the Platform with parental notification. By registering a minor user, the parent or guardian acknowledges these Terms and accepts responsibility for ensuring the minor's compliant use of the Platform.
• Adult Users (18+): May register and use the Platform independently.

4 Your Responsibilities

There are no user accounts or logins on this site. You contact us through our signup form, by email, or by phone. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when you contact us, and tell us if it changes
• Confirm you are the player's parent or guardian, or are 18 or over yourself, before submitting a form
• Only share film links you have the right to share
• Use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms

5 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Platform
• Copying, reproducing, or duplicating any content, design, or functionality of the Platform
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise systematically extracting data from the Platform
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the Platform or its content to any third party
• Creating derivative works based on the Platform, its content, or proprietary methodologies
• Using the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or any unauthorized or harmful content
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any organization
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any access controls, payment gates, or security features

6 Intellectual Property

GSP's name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Global Soccer Pathways LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use GSP's trademarks, trade names, service marks, or logos.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Platform (such as player videos or profile information), but by submitting such content you grant GSP a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

7 Confidentiality

By using the Platform, you may gain access to non-public information about GSP's methods, systems, proprietary evaluation frameworks, training programs, and business operations. You agree to treat all such information as strictly confidential and:

• Not to disclose proprietary platform features, methodologies, or business systems to any third party
• Not to use such information for any purpose other than your personal use of the Platform
• To promptly notify GSP if you become aware of any unauthorized disclosure of such information

This confidentiality obligation survives the end of our working relationship or these Terms.

8 No Guarantee of Results

Results depend on many factors outside of GSP's control, including player athletic and academic performance, coach preferences, roster availability, and institutional decisions. The Platform is a support tool, not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

9 NCAA / NAIA Disclaimer

We strongly encourage all athletes and families to review the current eligibility and recruiting rules of the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA directly, as these rules may change and may affect permissible recruiting contact and activities.

10 Payment and Refunds

Certain features of the Platform are available through paid subscriptions or one-time fees. All fees are disclosed prior to purchase, and your payment confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. GSP does not store payment card information.
• Refunds Are Work-Based: Refund eligibility follows the work actually performed. Video Evaluation: fully refundable until GSP begins reviewing film; no refund after the evaluation is delivered. Mentorship: the current month is earned once its session or film review has occurred; future unbilled months may be cancelled after any agreed minimum term. College Placement: the initial deposit is non-refundable once Phase 1 work (evaluation and target-list construction) has begun; scheduled payments not yet due may be cancelled if the Client ends the engagement, and GSP will refund any payment received for work not yet started. Where a signed Client Services Agreement exists for an engagement, its refund terms govern.
• Pre-Purchase Diligence: GSP offers a free introductory consultation before any College Placement or Video Evaluation engagement so prospective customers can confirm fit prior to payment. You are encouraged to schedule this consultation, review the Platform documentation, and read these Terms in full before purchasing.
• Service Continuity if You Step Away: If you elect to discontinue active engagement before the contracted scope is complete, you retain access to all work product GSP has already delivered (e.g., your target list, sent outreach history, evaluation reports). GSP will cease additional outreach on your behalf within 24 hours of receiving written notice. Any refund owed is determined by the work-based policy above.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not constitute notice of cancellation under these Terms. Disputes filed in bad faith (i.e., after the customer has received the contracted services) may be opposed by GSP with reference to these Terms and your purchase confirmation.

11 Termination

GSP may stop providing services to you at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity
• Non-payment of applicable fees

You may end our working relationship at any time by contacting us at drewgspsoccer@gmail.com. On termination, any refund owed is determined by the work-based refund policy in Section 10. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 7, 12, 13, and 14) shall survive.

12 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GSP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if GSP has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Global Soccer Pathways LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any content you submit to the Platform
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
